Most couples don’t have the time to devote to the full planning process, so Leave the planning, negotiating, decorating, & execution to us so you can enjoy this season, and have fun! We work from beginning to end to help you find your vendors and venue, manage your budget and timeline, and get all details planned, including the actual set-up, execution, and strike the day of. This also includes the ceremony rehearsal, if desired.

This package includes:

• Unlimited hours of coordination

• Unlimited phone/email communication during business hours

• 4 in person intensive planning meetings and walkthroughs

• Detailed wedding layout, timeline and ceremony/reception schedule creation

• Help to create wedding vision/design, and use that design to recommend all vendors that fall within the right budget/style for the couple.

• Personalized budget breakdown

• Assist with out of town accommodations (lodging, transportation, etc)

• Coordination of rehearsal (1 hour the day before the wedding – Rehearsal Dinner Planning Packages are available as an add-on)

• Seating plan assistance

• Assist with floral distribution

• Help pack gift table/personal items

• Communication and coordination with all vendors

This package gives you guidance on the things you have not planned, and ties it all together with what you’ve already done, to bring everything together. This is the most flexible package, as it gives you the opportunity to concentrate on the parts that you want to plan, while passing over the things to us that you don’t.

This package includes:

 • Unlimited phone/email communication during business hours 

• 2 in person planning meetings 

• help with selection of vendors not yet booked 

• Assist with room blocks for out of town guests 

• Vendor confirmation for ceremony and reception 

• Detailed wedding layout, timeline and ceremony/reception schedule creation

• Arrange entrance lines  

• Help pack gift table /personal items

• Communication and coordination with all vendors 

• Attend/execute reception

• Coordinate grand exit / hotel arrangements

This is designed for those that have all the planning taken care of, but need the sense of relief you’ll feel when you pass over the reins to someone else to handle the execution. Beginning 6 weeks before the wedding, we work with you to make the transition smooth, and make sure all your hard work and time wasn’t all for nothing.

This package includes:

• Unlimited phone/email communication during business hours

• 1 in person intensive planning meetings and walkthrough

• Detailed wedding layout, timeline and ceremony/reception schedule creation

• Assist with floral distribution

• Distribute any outstanding payments to vendors

Consulting

Need guidance and don't know where to start?

Your first consultation with Silver Celebrations is ALWAYS free. After that, it is $60/hour, and can be applied towards cost of event services, after contract is signed.

Proposals

We know how stressful this can be! We can help it go off without a hitch, by helping you find photographers, vendors, location scouting, and set up! Let us help make it a day to remember forever.

$450 flat fee, or cost (floral, decor, setup, music, photos, etc.) + 10%.
