Ashley Bourque:

Owner/Planner/Designer

A self-proclaimed “happily-ever-after-enthusiast,” Ashley has combined her passions for event design and love stories into a career which allows her to plan weddings that are just as beautiful as the marriages they celebrate. She believes that each love story is worth honoring, and she loves designing weddings to reflect that.

Ashley’s planning and design career started at San Diego State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has been head over heels with the event industry ever since, and offers over 16 years of experience! Her strong background in the music and event industries, and keen eye for design and details make her a perfect fit for those seeking a highly styled and personalized wedding and a seamless and stress-free planning experience. She loves building relationships with her couples and incorporating their personalities into their wedding day. She loves how weddings can transform an otherwise simple space into something full of magic and heart.

When Ashley is not planning events, you can find her spending time with her husband, Wes, their baby boy, Dax Everett, their two puppies, “Butch Walker” and “Zeek Braverman,” going to concerts, or traveling. She is a lover of song lyrics, french fries, itineraries, and adventures.

Sarah Dye:

Lead Planner and Designer

Sarah loves any reason to celebrate, but her favorite reason to celebrate is: love! If you hadn’t guessed, she’s a hopeless romantic. To her, it’s the little things that make an event truly magical. She loves taking the small details from a couple’s love story and integrating them into their big day.

In Sarah’s words, “I think it’s safe to say my parents saw this coming!” Her favorite movies growing up [& still to this day] always involved weddings : My Best Friend’s Wedding, Sweet Home Alabama, The Little Mermaid; the list could go on forever). As a child, she would force her little sister to play “wedding planner”; where the two would plan out all of the details for her “event”–including a makeshift wedding dress from her mom’s closet!

After graduating from Belmont University, Sarah worked at Bella Bridesmaids as a stylist which was her first introduction to the Nashville wedding scene. This experience set the stage for her to pursue her passion for events with Chancey Charm.

When she’s not living out her dream as a wedding planner, you can find Sarah writing songs, rearranging her furniture and/or re-organizing her space, hosting game nights, going to concerts, or enjoying a “wine down” night with girlfriends!

Holly Baxter:

Day of Coordinator

Holly is a classic, hopeless romantic! You can probably find her at any given moment fantasizing over wedding dresses and dream proposals on Instagram. So, even though she is working on her career in hotel management, she’s still sure to make time for as many weddings as she can as a day-of coordinator. You can also bet she’ll shed several tears during any wedding ceremony, every time!

Born and raised in Scotland, Holly moved to Indiana and studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at Purdue University, before moving down to Nashville in 2019 upon graduation.

She is currently living her own bridal fairytale since recently getting engaged to her Prince Charming by planning her own wedding in Scotland!
